The redesign follows a clear colour and functional concept, inspired by Pimco’s corporate design. The brand zone occupies a central position within the space – a deep blue, the company’s primary colour, serving as a defining element. This central area is flanked by communication zones in a complementary colour scheme with soft gradients. This approach allowed us to structure the entire space, provide orientation and create visual accents. The blue zone remains deliberately permeable, encouraging natural movement and creating an open, collaborative atmosphere.

Rather than redesigning the entire office, we focused on key areas: core and communication zones – a selective intervention within the existing space with a significant impact. The spaces were consciously opened up to create an inviting atmosphere. The entrance area benefits from the newly glazed large meeting room, which floods the space with natural light. A continuous lighting strip intuitively guides visitors to the reception, drawing their attention directly to the logo.

Following the blue brand zone further into the rear office area, you will discover a new open-plan tea kitchen with a lounge area for informal dialogue, another meeting room and two small think tanks – perfect retreats for calls and focused work.

With this approach, Pimco Prime Real Estate is setting new standards in real estate development as a flexible, dynamic process. Keeping spaces open becomes a design principle, continuous development a strategy. We look forward to continuing to shape this process.
